Through better understanding and appreciation for what is in the glass, the bottle, the cup… experience of drinking a beverage can be meditative. Practicing mindfulness only requires you to draw your attention to the moment.
This dynamic, interactive and down-to-earth activity is aimed to spice up your life. We want you to be inspired, stay light hearted and be open. You will learn how to practice the enjoyment of mindful drinking and as we all know, persistence in practicing mindful drinking can bring about a healthier YOU!
Participants may choose to bring their own non-alcoholic drinks, fruit juice, favorite coffee / tea … or come to savor our hot tea brewed with tea leaves grown on a 300-year old tree that is as old as the Ming dynasty.
