Donna Eden  Energy is all there is. Our body is a latticework of energies. We are born with the ability to heal ourselves. This is the cornerstone of Energy Medicine. We are all burdened with stresses of modern life, electromagnetic frequencies and chemical pollutants. Our bodies have not been able to adapt to all these fast-paced changes that throw our energies out of balance. We HAVE to evolve our bodies! This workshop focuses on the Daily Energy Routine (DER) which is developed by Donna Eden, Master Teacher Healer. By just using our own hands and work on our own energy field through the DER, we would be able to awaken our own internal healer: – raise our vitality and overall health – strengthen immunity – alleviate stress and negative thoughts – Lessen aches, pains, illness, and disease – Increase focus, clarity and productivity – Create deeper happiness, satisfaction, and contentment This is an interactive class, there will be a demonstration of the DER techniques and participants will be given time to practice the techniques. Please note that the term energy medicine uses the word “medicine”; in the sense of “Laughter is good medicine”. Profile

Ms Chiu Lai-Kuen is an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner（EEMCP）and has completed Level 1 to 7 of Acutonics® sound healing. She is the only energy practitioner in Hong Kong who has completed this level of training in these two modalities. She offers energy workshops and one-to-one energy sessions. Ms Chiu has been studying energy healing for over a decade.
